Project manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. Able to manage the project management team to deliver projects on time with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives and staying within the budget.
Project manager will act as a point of liaison between the project team and senior management. A key part of the role is to identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
Defining project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities.
Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation.
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, activities and managing delivery of the project.
Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to key stakeholders.
Take client meetings and share regular updates with the project progress.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Train and guide team to deliver quality projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) will be a huge plus.
Atleast 3 years of proven experience. Must have experience in training and leading a resource.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex technical concepts and architectures.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
