We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for reporting and data analysis, and the ability to spot abnormalities in data.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Generate detailed reports and analyze productivity data to support decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance using tools like Hubstaff and identify areas for improvement.
• Detect abnormalities or inconsistencies in data and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the HR and management teams to improve overall workplace efficiency.
• Provide support in developing strategies to enhance team productivity.

Skills, Expertise, and Qualifications -

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field.
• Candidates with O & A Levels educational background will be preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with Hubstaff productivity tool and its features is a must.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and how they relate to productivity.

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
