Responsibilities:
70% – Cold Calling & Active B2C Acquisition
• You will make high-volume outbound calls daily, quickly mastering persuasive communication and needs-analysis techniques.
• You’ll build and manage your own lead pipeline, learning to work like a top-tier sales professional.
• You will turn first contacts into long-term customers by understanding their needs and offering the right solutions.
20% – B2B Development via Freelancing Platforms
• You will initiate and manage partnerships with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or similar, giving you access to new business channels.
• You’ll negotiate with platform representatives, service providers, and business clients, strengthening your B2B negotiation skills.
10% – Team Management
• You'll set your team's KPIs and monitor progress regularly.
• You’ll drive the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
• Experience in outbound sales or telesales (B2C or B2B).
• Confidence and persistence in high-volume cold calling.
• Ability to identify needs quickly and close sales during the first call.
• Strong self-organization and goal orientation.
• Ability to work with CRM tools and structure your sales pipeline.
• Must have atleast bachelor's degree from a reputed univeristy.
